The training team.
Alan's Instructor Training have almost 19 years of training experience and are therfore one of Essex's most experienced driving instructor training establishments. The trainers have over 38 years combined experience in the industry, training all aspects of instructor training plus also teaching a minimal amount of learner drivers per week. Both trainer's have been achieved a Grade 6 (highest grade)as instructors and hold further qualifications in teaching and driving.
The aim is to use full time tutors who are enthuastic and focus on the customers training requirements, helping you to reach your goal. Therefore,you can rest assured, you are well prepared for the career and examinations. We pride ourselves on the quality of our training.
The success is enjoyed by the individuals that train to become driving instructors and those that continue their own personal development. Some of those driving instructors have set up their own driving schools, are placed with schools in their own areas or usually invited to work with Karen's School of Motoring, Compass Driver Training or Automatic Pass.
Alan's Instructor Training has been a member of the Official Register of Driving Instructor Training (ORDIT). This is a government body responsible for maintaining training standards within the industry. To become a member of ORDIT, the training team regularly passed a rigorous assessment which examines the standard of teaching practice and the training establishment has to meet standards that protect the customer, you. This is an ongoing process which gives you further assurance of our commitment to quality training.
